So do you find quality reduce when using 100?
I find sometimes picture still too bright when using 1.4 with 1/8000 sec, so no choice but put ISO to 100 to lower the brightness sad.gif

I believe the Tamron 17-50 would definitely have better optics and sharpness, not to mention the fast f/2.8 fixed aperture, which is very useful for low light shooting. But on the downside, it only extends up to 50mm only, compared to the 105mm of your kit lens.

hahaha ... too bright until use 1/8000 ... u needed the f/1.4 for the DOF is it ???
*
Buy f/1.4 lens sure la shoot at f/1.4! If shoot at f/2.8 or something might as well just buy the 85mm f/1.8D since it does ok at f/2.8 too lulz.

18-105mm serves me well for wedding photography. I would suggest you to get a prime lens instead. Likewise, this is just my opinion smile.gif

i would recommend at least one prime lens for everyone to have ... focal length wise depends on what you want to shoot ...

I took 85G instead of 135 f/2 because of the f/1.4 factor tongue.gif More lethal under low light hehe.

Can use slower shutter + bigger aperture -> more light than the 135 f/2.
