The VR is ok. The AF is the issue, it doesn't AF at all. Checked the switch and everything still can't AF. Just now suddenly when I put to my body to check can focus. After a while without changing any settings can't focus.

the worse could happen when u reach shop, then the af works infront of the guy laugh.gif

I don't see any problem getting with the 18-105mm, provided you got lots of higher end lenses with you then different case. Unless they are complaining the quality of 18-105mm. However, why so weird, 35mm f/1.8? Can't do much with that lens.

Didn't consider Canon 60D?

Still considering.. but almost all the reviews that i googled and youtube indicated that D7000 is better than Canon 60D..

i was told that the only pros of canon 60D is the "Vari-angle LCD monitor" and of course it's cheaper than D7000

ya... big aperture good in figure since the shallow DOF already blured the scale of BG of figure shot  laugh.gif

what lens is suitable for food, figure, gunlpa those close up detail shot? estimate what price? survey only  biggrin.gif

For me 50mm and Macro 60mm , if tamron 90 abit like telephoto d , because when shooting food , usually you just have little space between you and your food (Assume it is not studio shoot , assume you at restaurant or mamak .)

24-70mm pun boleh for food

Initially yes. Then whosever was related, just send for warranty (some shop 1 to 1 exchange, according to my buddy, General_Nic). As for now, this issue has overcame, so no worry. icon_rolleyes.gif
