i cant seem to access speedtest.net.
anyone have any idea why this happens?
other sites work fine(so far)

i just cant use speedtest.net. the tester does not appear,and sometimes i get some kind of error

Unifi won't restrict or throttle P2P traffic or other file-type specific downloads? My mom would kill me if she can't watch her dramas on PPS.tv after signing up.

There is no announcement or anything. The speed of browsing certain website is damn slow. Not to mention download speed also. I downloading a file with 3mb takes forever.

If this is call high speed broadband,then it would be a laugh stock

Same here, installed unifi earlier this week; so far absolute garbage, need a VPN just to browse international web sites.

Fiber Optics with dl speed lower than 5KB/S. I'm living in the sad part of the internet world.

well, at least youtube streaming fine but seriously when will the speed back to normal again?

NETWORK DISRUPTION TO THE UNITED STATES

Telekom Malaysia Berhad ™ would like to inform our Internet customers that we are currently experiencing network disruptions at one of our international peering routers in the United States (US).

Hence, some customers may have experienced some problems in accessing certain content hosted in the USA. TM has since diverted traffic away from the link and the problem seems to have resolved. In the meantime, TM will continue to monitor the network to ensure that customers experience uninterrupted service.

TM apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the disruption and would like to thank its customers for their understanding and patience during the affected period.

Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to email us at help@tm.com.my for TM fixed line and Streamyx customers and unifi@tm.com.my for UniFi customers.

I cant connect to the internet thru the router, any unifi user having the same prob here?

*connected established. I think my area restart server.

I could not connect yesterday at about 5.00 pm.
contacted the Customer Service and she says someone hack/virus change my UniFi ID at the router.
change it back to my ID, and everything went well except the download speed of course.

Unifi Hypptv can officially change name to CSI TM IPTV. The only have CSI and nothing else. Now in HD. Free somemore.
