Patricia Lim, who is one of the owners pursuing the class action suit, had resorted to borrowing from family members to pay off her mortgage when the GRR payments allegedly ceased. “The reason that I bought this unit and also introduced my brother and my friend to buy is because of the 25 years’ GRR. We are expecting hassle-free rental for 25 years, with the option to renew it every four years,” she said.

Meanwhile, her brother Lim Ta Wen said: “There are a lot of serviced apartments and condominiums in Cyberjaya. The reason we bought units here is because of the GRR. The GRR interested us because we don’t need to have any headache servicing our loans.”

Mana ada so good punya gv u GRR for 25 freaking years.

Developers objective is to enrich themselves not buyers. Developer has no obligation to enrich buyers. Otherwise, everyone could be a multimillionaire.

Mana ada guarantee of return punya scheme and hassle free ROI. The only company you can trust with guarantee are the banks, that also is not hassle free, need to go there queue put in money and queue to withdraw out.

Apart from the GRR. How's the actual living condition of the Arc? Seems like the pricing is reasonable (given the space) for own staying.

Real image taken few days ago. The Arc completed like just few years ago. Look at the condition today.
No wander 800k priced penthouse unit here drop in auction until 3xxk and still possible nobody gonna bid.
