Other than the condition, IMHO, the design itself seems a bit like mid range condo.

Which block is this? The condition is much much better in block C and block D. probably because there's no GRR agreement in those block

I strongly believe The arc 950sqft subsale for 280k is a good buy for own stay and investment..

Some block is with GRR scheme, some block is without? For the Arc. Not sure. Didnt check out further.

Because for Mutiara Ville, Block A B C under GRR, full with students only now. Other blocks they say is better for own stay.

Some owners are willing to let go below 300k, would it be wise to buy now with the big drama going on?

just noticed how cheap this is..its going below 300k even in mudah.. is it a bad buy? what is going on with the developer and the original buyers actually?

I feel really bad for the owner....

there are a project in Genting offer 9 years GRR now, sound really interesting after I calculate.
I think I just gonna give it a pass as the lesson learn in the arc...

I hope the lousy developer can at least refund the 40~50% overcharge house price to the owner.
