Looking for the owners of The Arc in Cyberjaya who have empty Fully-Furnished units to rent out.

We are property management in Cyberjaya, managing homestay and sublets. We currently manage 4 units (which already rente out to students and professionals) at The Arc and planning to look for more units to manage. We are not typical property agents. We help owners to manage the unit in good condition including repairing and dealing with tenants throughout the tenancy period.

Just saw the notice. After this, block A and B, visitors who wish to stay overnight, need to pay RM 10 to park inside. If not, will be clamped. Wow. this is crazy. If I knew, I won't rent here. Sigh.

this is very common practices for all service apartments.....

and it should be...………………..

but what I don't like is everyone that poh chan the shops below also kena bayar, which indirectly deter me to visit these shops after hours...….I think its just not fair to charge customers after hours just to have a meal or go to 7/11.

The strata title was issued ages ago lah. The developer is applying for blanket consent liao.

I'm looking for a place to rent a place in The Arc next year. Heard some bad reviews of the place (dirty, unsafe environment, bad management), how true is this?

Could stay at airbnb for a few days/weeks to find out how dirty, unsafe environment, bad management, etc.
