I'm also an owner of a unit in Arc residence, haven't received rental for month of May 2016 to October 2016. We should initiate legal action as a group. How do I join the wechat group.? Few people asking but no one replying to guide us how to join. Not everyone has Facebook account to join the closed group.
I think once legal action initiated they will take notice as their bankers will also sit up . Moreover they are subsidiary of listed company.

We buyers have signed agreements with Maju puncakbumi. So when you write your letters of demand or whatever legal notices, make sure you direct it to them. You may copy to Meda Inc Bhd as Maju puncakbumi is a subsidiary company. Meda is listed in Bursa . If we can engage a lawyer to act for us, the publicity resulting will make the banks sit up . And meda will also have to report to Bursa of a pending court case with their subsidiary company. I think this is the only way now to get them to pay.
I am hoping someone can guide how we can join the wechat group for the purchasers who are still unpaid for months now.

It would be a good idea to form a group and find a good lawyer to take legal action against the company concerned. Anyone here has any suggestion?

Hi. I'm the owner of unit D-07-07. Haven't received GRR payment since April 2016. I called the management, payment for Apr 2016 - June 2016 supposed to be paid last month but till today I receive nothing. Found this closed group on Facebook, The Arc@Cyberjaya Owner ecommunity, not sure if it still active. My request still pending. Anyone has any latest info about this situation?

Am an owner for their project The Academia @ South City Plaza. Have been receiving my rental to date, except that it is occasionally late for a month or so.
There is a clause in the S&P that states that if the rental is not paid on time, after a certain time frame, then users can take control back of the unit and the developer at the same time has to pay back the remaining months rental of the agreement period as compensation to the owner. Isn't there a similar clause in the Option Agreement for The Arc?
