The Arc penthouse unit 1915 sqft selling at 326k only. MV 800k. Wow. Value buy?

Anyway what happen to the GRR? Ended?

Real image taken few days ago. The Arc completed like just few years ago. Look at the condition today.
No wander 800k priced penthouse unit here drop in auction until 3xxk and still possible nobody gonna bid.

Some block is with GRR scheme, some block is without? For the Arc. Not sure. Didnt check out further.

Because for Mutiara Ville, Block A B C under GRR, full with students only now. Other blocks they say is better for own stay.

Unit sold at 214k just now.
Vacant unit.
Many outstanding units here and many vacant units here as well.
Subsale can get at 250k.
