i try to find replacement cm7 and try other rom..but i still cant find suit enough to replacement cm7, even cm7 in nightly.

miui - still froyo. waiting for gb. got fc on some application. even i did clean install from market. tasker does not fully function, JD cannot toggle 3g. i need to use cmtd table to fully utilize space storage.

amethyst - nice and clean. eventhough it use some of cm7 code, but it does not make new option like other rom, it just integrate inside existing setting. tasker not fully function. good thing, it can suit oxygen table

redux - for me not stable and it use older kernel. and some more bfs svs - does not compatible for me (I only believe on custom rom kernel). always hang. and reboot. tasker not fully function. good thing, it can suit oxygen table

gingervillain - nice rom at the first glance, got updater function for GV itself..but bigger space use. it does not compatible for smaller cache.

above are my opinion. might not same like yours..but you can share and provide workaround to minimize fc or other thing.

lol tyja why finding a replacement? cm is the father of all roms you listed. no CM, there is no them!

btw guys, been thinking for awhile~~ hmmm only a stupid guy having an android buying an iphone 4 right? the price is damn overpriced with the specs offered~~ i got blinded cuz just wanted to follow my girlfriend. screw girlfriend's ip4, i'm gonna go either Atrix or SGS2 and thats after SGS2 is officially released. so am staying with Desire and buying an ipod touch 4G only. damn ip4! thank god i dont enough money for ip4, if not i'll be using one already~~ that amount of money could buy an Atrix which is damn better than ip4 hundreds times more. gagaga~~

after Nexus S, this friday MIUI will release gb for rest of model. will said very very soon
I'm sure MIUI take time before want to release stable and all device workable version.

maybe u can share with me which app you encounter fc, I'll give a try and fb. about tasker i did install but not really play around the function.
JD is? about cMTD, might consider refer mine: 120/15/303.

i just want to know why people said other rom is good.

mms got fc on stock messaging. not fc when use handcent.
and some app, i forgot to take note.
JD - juice defender.
i use your cmtd for testing.
really important on tasker, mobile network toggle, and gps toggle. both are for GB only and currently on CM7 only have.

Ic, that's weird. I never get fc while using dialing and sms since old version till now.
Which version you are trying? Did tried full wipe?
I never test JD before, usually I manual turn off while did not use and setCPU is enough for me. I will give a try tonight.

I'm use JD to auto detect location and battery saving.
even though i have tasker, but i would like JD to handle something for me.
i'm use rom from miui dev. base 1.3.4 germany and upgrade latest 1.3.11 update.
miui is not from sense family and i assume it can fall under aosp category,
but JD refuse to recognize that and it disable 3g function.

there is issue report regards sms thread. either you can push the individual mms.apk or re-download language pack 1B, just update today.

I remember 1 experience of mine.
if you coming from other rom, after complete install miui, don't fully TB back all the apps.
the best is clean install from market, else is restore only app from TB but not app+data.
I dunno why, it's screw up mine last time when I switch Neo to MIUI.
