I could go on to say that a lot of you lambasted Rooney for almost leaving but it's all good now right? Fact is that some didn't give him stick and understood his reason for wanting to change. At least Rooney was open about it. Torres pledged his commitment to us just 3 weeks ago and the next thing you know, he requests for a transfer hence the feeling of being stabbed in the back. I think you can emphatise.

Suffice to say, football mercenaries are dime a dozen these days which is what makes me sick when I see all this badge kissing. Id much rather they just honor the length of their contracts than talk about how they've been a fan since they were kids and so on.

and that was the last time we played in the millennium std and won the fa cup...after that it was the vegetable garden and we lost.

yup...that lost against arsenal was painful, totally undeserving
