i think i also have such photo..lol..as while taking this pic, i noticed i cant get such nice clear reflection on the water because on slow shutter, the water surface will be blurry...the stronger the winds are, the smoother the water when u use slow shutter...from my findings, to get nice clear reflection, need higher shutter speed to stop the movement of the water wor.. like this...

the use of GND would not help in creating the reflection.
the water will still be blur due to movement of wind.especially when it's windy season nw.
u need more light when using a faster shutter speed, so why bother using GND?
