Any Sarawakians here who is closely following the FAS progress so far? sad to see the state's decline in recent years
last time i only read state football affairs through newspaper. When the state is as big as Sarawak, going to watch a match in Kuching all the way from Bintulu, 500km away is just...impossible PS: just realized Safee actually played for Sarawak before |

Logo baru Liga M dilancar Rabu
Liga Perdana pula bermula 31 Januari membabitkan lima perlawanan iaitu USM bertemu PDRM, ATM bertemu MP Muar, PKNS bertemu Sime Darby, Johor bertemu Pos Malaysia dan Pulau Pinang bertemu Sarawak manakala aksi Harimau Muda B bertemu SDM Navy berlangsung sehari selepas itu - Kosmo - |

Unlike other states where the stadium is not far to drive to, no matter where in the negeri u are from....For Sarawakians from towns like Sibu, Bintulu and Miri..to drive to Kuching from Bintulu for example..its a 12 hour journey yo. JB drive to Penang like that. and no highway summore, its all roads through mountainous area filled with heavy trucks. Merchandising also very poor, had never ever seen FAS jersey being sold, ever in my life. Maybe in Kuching got but i wouldnt know where to find, and the last time i went to Kuching is in 2003 i think..P/S: RTM don't give a damn bout airing premier league match live. Well hopefully somehow the team managed to go up to top league and challenge up there, then at least exposure will be bigger. This will begets bigger coverage and easier for fans to follow news. |

2015 AFC Asian Cup: Bad news for Saudi Arabia
AFC will most likely use the 2011 AFC Asian Cup performance to seed the teams for both the preliminary competition and the final tournament of the 2015 edition. Outside the top 8 (quarter finalists), the standings are already known. 09. China PR 10. Bahrain 11. Syria 12. Korea DPR 13. United Arab Emirates 14. Kuwait 15. Saudi Arabia 16. India ============ 17. Oman 18. Yemen 19. Thailand 20. Singapore 21. Vietnam 22. Indonesia ------------------- 23. Lebanon 24. Hong Kong 25. Malaysia 26. Maldives Most likely the top 3 in the 2011 AFC Asian Cup will be automatically qualified for the 2015 edition. If Australia finish in the top 3 and the 4th placed team gets a bye from AFC to the final tournament, or Australia don't finish in the top 3, the qualifying setup will be the same as for Qatar 2011. Assuming the same teams and Korea DPR participate in the preliminaries, here's how things will look like: First round Pot 1: Lebanon, Hong Kong Pot 2: Malaysia, Maldives Group stage Pot 1: China PR + worst of the top 8 Pot 2: Bahrain, Syria, Korea DPR, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait Pot 3: Saudi Arabia, India, Oman, Yemen, Thailand Pot 4: Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia + both winners of first round Saudi Arabia in the third pot. If Korea DPR don't enter the preliminary competition (as they did this time), Saudi Arabia will climb to the second pot. Note: -For teams 17-26, their seedings are based on their performance in AFC Asian Cup 2011 qualification -Teams 23-26 are the 4 worst performers in AFC Asian Cup 2011 qualification Source This post has been edited by AKace: Jan 24 2011, 02:43 AM |

What happened to the Malaysian AFC Cup representative? Did we simply lose our place?
And Sabah's back up again in the top league (whatever the hell they choose to call it now). Last time I followed every game, it was by radio. Anyway I can get at least radio commentary for matches online? |

AKace, i continue here la since its more appropriate here.
haha i mean after this round of qualifying etc. Hopefully the fighting spirit can see us making an impact on the qualifying. If not qualify, hopefully we are one of the "nearly" teams, rather than the "pressure on opponent to score more against us to compete with the other 3 ala India". If we are lucky, we might end up with a slightly bright group like this: Jordan (Pot A) Syria (Pot B) India (Pot C) Malaysia (Pot D) If luckless we might end up like this: Iran Korea DPR Saudi Arabia Malaysia |

QUOTE(AKace @ Jan 24 2011, 03:28 AM) Initially, Malaysia should have 2 representatives for AFC Cup. Champions of Liga Super (Selangor) & champions of Piala FA (N9) but they pulled out because no imported players Kinda dumb though. Singapore not being allowed because they had foreign teams, maybe understandable, but no foreign players?Alright, found a Radio Sabah stream online. Some rhythmic Malay announcing and my imagination and I will get the match in my head! |

aku harap harapan aku untuk lihat peningkatan dari segi penyampaian Liga M ni bukan 'false hope'. Mungkin kne bg sikit masa lg untk Astro, tp pelaburan dia bkn sikit tp berjuta2 sbab tu la aku harap ada peningkatan dalam musim ni. Aku tengok logo pn dh tukar jd colourful, so maybe ni satu petanda yg baik.

bole x somebody recap psl brendan gan dlm berita smlm? aku terlepas tgk berita tu.
setau aku die die main attacking mid position. bukan regular starter dlm sydney fc but regarded as young potential. Masih bole digunakan dlm olympic qualifying team. If kte ade creative player yg ade quality fitness status, i think kte better amek chance test dia. professional player patut xde masalah nk adapt ngan team and environment baru. |

Aku nk tanya kenapa bnyak sgt gap perlawanan Liga Super ni. Contohnya jadual perlawanan selepas ni adalah 11, 12 & 15 Februari pastu 25 & Februari. Dah 10 hari gap tu. Then, 1 Mac & 11, 12 Mac. 10 hari gap lagi, pastu perlawanan seterusnya terus jump kepada 1, 2 & 5 April.

rafdi rashid.that time dia kena loan to perak only kot ( tak berapa ingat)
------------------- EDIT : found an article abt him.his second stint at perak ![]() MOHD. And lagi satu insiden tu berlaku kat mana ye? Rasanya bukan kat Malaysia sebab Malaysia x pasang pagar kat tempat nak pisahkan penyokong dgn padang.

QUOTE(Angel of Deth @ Feb 3 2011, 02:42 PM) yup tepat sekali, Rafdi Rashid. Dlu aku penah tengok video ada sorang player Malaysia lari dari tengah padang panjat pagar nak keluar dari situ sebab kena kejar dgn fans, Rafdi Rashid ke orangnya? And lagi satu insiden tu berlaku kat mana ye? Rasanya bukan kat Malaysia sebab Malaysia x pasang pagar kat tempat nak pisahkan penyokong dgn padang. ini saya nak highlight kan yang saya ingat2 lupa je..:rasanya tu batch hatem soussi olympic 2000, qualifiers vs nepal kot kalau tak salah.(away game) malaysia boleh menang game tu...and 90+ minute, the defenders unnecesarily clear out the ball giving the corner to the opposition..corner kick..BAMMM ..gool. malaysia lose the chance to win that game. *kalau salah saya mintak maaf..time tu sekolah rendah lagi.. |

macam tu ke? Yang aku ingat footage tu dh lama dah, time lewat 90'an atau awal 00-an kot. Tp yg aku ingat fans mengamuk smpai pemain lintang pukang cabut lari. Cam kat Argentina pulak. Ingatkan si Rafdi provoke fans lawan ke ape.

They got 3 clear cut chances to score in that game. Defenders very composed. Nullified all N9 attacks even though the game was controlled by N9. Midfielders doing their job. Defended well and supporting attackers. Only Strikers needed some works. I think during Olympics & SEA Games, we need over-age Strikers. |

Brendan sedia timbang tawaran

Will definitely help our squad, and international experience for him will improve him too, for example Asian Cup qualifiers against country like Iran, Saudi etc in the future. Hopefully he can fit into the team, without any cultural clashes if it happens.
PS: Jersi Mesia kalau aku print nama dia "Brendan", orang ingat aku print Nama sendiri |

What about language problem? aku tau la semua pemain2 negara ni at least pandai cakap english, walaupun broken la. tapi so far aku tak pernah nampak orang2 muda yang langsung tak tau english. Tapi aku rasa masa training tu, berkomunikasi dalam melayu...takkan la nak ubah language setting untuk sorang player ni kan?

xde masalah punya, diorang kan dh professional. Aku rasa Brendan ni sedikit sebanyak kne tau dgn blajar Bahasa Melayu kalau nk wakili Malaysia barulah patriotik. Lagi satu, adakah dgn pengambilan Brendan ni mewakili Malaysia sama dgn langkah naturalisasi oleh Indonesia dan Singapura?

Betul tu, kalau dia betul2 nak represent Malaysia sebab dia ada perasaan "connected" to Malaysia, then he should at least have the initiative to learn the language.
as for the naturalisasi...memang debatable. aku sebenarnya tak beberapa suka pemain2 yang tak lahir dan hidup di negara tersebut menjadi pemain NT. Dont get me wrong, for example indonesia...Irfan Bachdim tu, at least dia ada heritage Indonesia...and Gonzalez, he lived for quite a long time and his naturalization is political and passport issue, not because 100% footballing reason. yang aku tak suka ialah apabila pemain tersebut diberi passport supaya dia boleh bermain untuk NT tersebut, tanpa memenuhi syarat2 citizenship yang telah ditetapkan oleh negara tersebut. But countries like Singapore and Qatar, they got reason also...coz their country is small...Qatar that day answered, when asked about naturalized player in their team, "we bring in outsiders for various types of works for example office work, construction etc, not just football". maknanya negara2 kecil ni, bukan bolasepak je...banyak lagi bidang2 lain yang terpaksa mengambil pekerja dari luar negara. But still debatable la, bringing in foreigners for real life work in order for the country to run, is different with bringing in players to compete in a tournament. If Brendan Gan can convinced us malaysians that he is still keeping in touch with his roots as a malaysian (during holidays balik kampung to visit ka...suka makan nasi lemak ka |

Means if any Malaysian have double nationality his malaysian nationality will be removed. So what does it means by Branden Gan is Malaysian/Australian? He cant have double nationality. |

his eligibility is based on international status, and as we all know Football is totally different from politics. based on my shallow knowledge on this, it would probably mean he represents Malaysia, as an Australian passport holder. And when he made that 1 appearance, he will be tied to Malaysia in terms of football, but nationality wise he is still an Australian. as for the Malaysian/Australian thingy, it is not nationality...it is ancestry.
at least, thats what i would think thats the case. Anyone who knows about this in more detail can maybe correct me if im wrong This post has been edited by pyroboy1911: Feb 4 2011, 08:33 PM |

ok la debatable jugak actually pasal isu naturalisation brendan gan. Aku xkn jd hipokrit bile aku kata i dun care about naturalisation to a certain extent. xpe la die nk main bola ngan country yg die betul2 minat or have parentage. Dulu pn byk je aku dengo orang duk complaint kte lambat amek shaun maloney. Kalau amek maloney tu mmg 100% naturalisation becoz relationship die ngan msia adalah lahir kt msia n duk seketika sahaja. Xde emotional attachment. At least brendan ade parent msian.
Pengalaman aku kt aussie aku tgk ABC (australian born chinese) quite a number from msian parentage. N diorg masih x lupekan roots diorg. mebe dlm setaun or 2 taun skali balik msia lawat sanak saudara. |

Safee Sali Bergabung Dengan Persib

quite relief the venue changed to Shah Alam due to distance, traffic, parking and stadium capacity reason...
i am pretty sure i can slothfully arrive at the stadium 30 minutes before kick-off, park 10 meters from the main entrance, walk from the car - purchase tickets - enter stadium in one stride and park my butt at any of the 10 seat per person seat just in time for the FIFA Anthem... |

Bahaya safee ke Pelita Jaya.. Fans base nya tak cukup kuat, risau keadaan Safee bila bertandang ke away game.. hendak pula Safee malaysia, di mana sentimen anti Malaysia cukup kuat. Lain lah safee ke Persib ada Viking untuk back up, Persebaya ada Bonek untuk back up, Persija ada the Jack untuk back up, Arema ada Aremana unutk back up.

i am not a particular fan of player venture individually outside.. we have numerous cases of players with good early potential going outside, but come back not much different or special compare to local players...
modern football is so much more than individual skills now... for me tactical and team movement phylosophy is much more decisive in term of result... i'd favour if we send a whole team outside like we did with slovakia.. again with my against the flow view..... |

jom g skali mlm ni!! weee~~
Igt rumours shj g pelita jaya, tp da jadi kenyataan la pulak adei. in a way, dia amek langkah berani untuk dpt regular first team experience main kt Indo Super league, tp aku rs he needs bit more self confidence about his own ability to be able to breakthrough other teams. He is the region's tournament topscorer. at least that counts for something. Hopefully his plan is to just use pelita jaya as a stepping stone/familiarise with ISL play then move to the big clubs coz i dun see the point of being the big fish in a small pond.. If he manage to command a 1st team place in other top clubs, then something to be proud with Btw some1 told me firman and another indon national player plays there, tapi latest team list, xde pn diorg! Good luck safee |

There's Lim Teong Kim, a youth coach at Bayern Munich, who once said that there are the Malaysians who are proactive and took the initiative to go abroad and there are those who are abroad simply because FAM chose them. He felt that the ones that were proactive fared better and when you think about the difference between the Wigan goalkeeper al-Habsi and the many Middle Eastern footballers who come to trials in Europe with an entourage of servants, you see why that is.modern football is so much more than individual skills now... for me tactical and team movement phylosophy is much more decisive in term of result... i'd favour if we send a whole team outside like we did with slovakia.. again with my against the flow view..... If Safee went abroad by his own choice, then I'd say kudos on having the balls to give it a go. I believe highly competitive leagues will always tactically innovate and improve anyway and the Indonesian league(s) is as competitive as it gets. 1. Yeay menang 2-0!
2. Too bad Kuna didn't get to score. 3. Safee Sali didn't shine either. Mostly due to the lack of support from an SS perhaps? 4. Dem si Mahathevan tu tinggi siot. Peter Crouch Malaysia tp main CM. 5. |

QUOTE(Rhadykall @ Feb 9 2011, 10:56 PM) 1. Yeay menang 2-0! Mahathevan remind me of Patrick Vieira. same stature. 2. Too bad Kuna didn't get to score. 3. Safee Sali didn't shine either. Mostly due to the lack of support from an SS perhaps? 4. Dem si Mahathevan tu tinggi siot. Peter Crouch Malaysia tp main CM. 5. Setuju dengan point no.5. haha. Kuna dan Safiq Rahim main dengan cemerlang. Hong Kong dah lawan, harap2 lepas ni Malaysia jumpa China pulak. |

apparently muke2 kt ultras byk masuk tv. mmg tv byk focus (based on ckp kawan aku yg tgk kt umah) Hongkong walaupun aku duk sebok sorak looked like they were never into the game. Surprised they didnt put up much of a fight considering our records with them has been close in the past |

ive said it earlier, our own weakness to go fwd is just ego. for me, i dun c anything wrong with brendan playing in our colours. Not only he does have malaysian blood (if that's the main issue) he also memang minat nak main. Bknnya terpaksa main tapi mmg die minat. Plus he's a professional player playing in an established league. Aku xnk la compare league msia ngan league country lain coz it wont be a fair comparison, but at least he could bring some extra experience yg xde dlm msia league. Plus fitness die confirm lebih mantap dari our players sbb diorg mmg amat jaga about fitness.

Maybe Brendan does not realise yet that he need to gave up his Aussie's nationality. usually thats the main reason why players dont want to play in single citizenship country.

To have a Malaysian nationality requires him to renounce his Australian nationality because Malaysia doesn't accept dual nationalities. i think the dual nationality issue is covered in article 16. Article 17 is for players who don't have dual nationality but want to assume new football nationality which does not necessarily means actual citizenship....It is possible for other sports but not for football because FIFA has its own rules. Anyway are there any foreign citizens representing Malaysia in any proper sport besides Rugby? this basically means any import player who never played for his home country can play for Malaysia (if we accept him) if he stays here for 5 years straight.... under 17(d).... this is basically also means we can call up any player out there who have foreign parentage if by any chance born in Malaysia.... 17 (a) brendan would be under acticle 17(b)... gonzalez issue is under 16 (d) where has required dual citizenship and has stayed continuosly in indonesia more than 2 years... QUOTE(hidzwan @ Feb 10 2011, 07:36 PM) In regards to last nite match, Kalau ikutkan cara Ultras Malaya (UM), setiap kali national anthem berkumandang, setiap kali itulah flare dinyalakan. Tapi kerana tindakkan tegas dan tangkap terhadap Ultras Kelantan (THE RED MANIA-TRM) UM membuat perubahan. Tunjukkan sokongan tak berbelah bahagi dan havoc dulu, so bila nak habis baru bakar. Dan sebelum game ini lagi, kami sepakat kalau tangkap dibuat samada ramai2 serah diri ataupun ramai keluar stadium beramai-ramai. nk tny sket kat ultras2, npe korg psg flare time dah abes game n x ms dpt gol? pastu lg 1, yg gendang kuat tu bukan korg kan?..gendang dorg tu klo ikut rentak chant ultras baru best..sbb bile dorg men ikut beat laen, chant korg dah xdgr sgt n ssh nk ikut oleh fans laen.. just my 2 cent. ---------------------------- edited da tau da yg men gendang tu ssfc rupenye..ptotla Gendang satu lagi itu milik SSFC, seperti yang kau telah ketahui. SSFC kelab penyokong Selangor. Ini geng orang lama-lama since tahun 1988 dah wujud. Aku sendiri respect sama mereka. Tapi still tak boleh lawan SSFC, sbb sememangnya gendang mereka terbaik! so biar UM dgn cara mereka sendiri yg menumpukan kekuatan vokal, persebahan tifo macam guna kadboard, giant flag, flare dan sebagainya. Lagipun, kekuatan UM barulah sekitar 200-300 kelmarin Insyallah lagi 2-3 tahun kalau dah cecah 5k, satu stadium akan bergema This post has been edited by aweeff: Feb 11 2011, 06:52 AM |

ssfc poyo je.bajet dah tua bagus still remember when merdeka cup 2008 UM already 'booked'their place with police yellow tape summore but these faggot just cant respect the new guy they came in late for the came and even askd the capo to move aside as they cant see the game (capo is the one who's leading the chant, usually will be standing on the front of the crowd).so we decided to move to the upper tier ..very sad that time till no mood to watch the game anymore. *cough I'm an UM since 2008, keh keh keh.final merdeka cup vs vietnam was my first game* identity rahsia lol |

QUOTE(pyroboy1911 @ Feb 11 2011, 08:00 AM) U guys are amazing there. Wish there will be more joining in the future, especially more from different races. Also hopefully no bad apples la, later people have bad impression that this is a hooligan group. All the best UM As far as i can see now, people who joins UM are a bunch of disciplined lot. It is because they are tired of people doing non-constructive or destructive things in the stands that they coooperate to join Ultras. They want to contribute rather than being passive. So i dont think we would see a lot of bad apples who would ruin that. About the different races thing is pretty though... even if you sit eating kuaci on the stand you can feel intense Malay-crowd-machismo is in the air. This will increase 10 fold if you stands among the Ultras. Even Malays felt awkyward and intimidated by the show of tight togetherness and bonding between complete strangers in there. I think except for the pioneers, crew and capo, anybody else hardly know anybody.... its not that they are racist... but if you look around in there and the type of environment i would understand it if people from other races felt there are a thick glass wall separating them.... saying that, i know one of the taiko in there is an Indian .. although he hardly looks so... there are also people from mixed parentage... i think it will be good if each state ultras make it a project to recruit people from other races as well to break the glass wall.... but whats best is if nationalist Chinese or indian football fans raise up and form a branch of their own like state Ultras and on join arm under UM. What a sight it will be if malay, chinese and malay capo can lead the crowd together... |

Faktor fanatik
QUOTE(aweeff @ Feb 11 2011, 07:34 AM) Kalau ikutkan cara Ultras Malaya (UM), setiap kali national anthem berkumandang, setiap kali itulah flare dinyalakan. Tapi kerana tindakkan tegas dan tangkap terhadap Ultras Kelantan (THE RED MANIA-TRM) UM membuat perubahan. Tunjukkan sokongan tak berbelah bahagi dan havoc dulu, so bila nak habis baru bakar. SSFC kelab penyokong Selangor. Ini geng orang lama-lama since tahun 1988 dah wujud. Aku sendiri respect sama mereka. Tapi still tak boleh lawan SSFC, sbb sememangnya gendang mereka terbaik! so biar UM dgn cara mereka sendiri yg menumpukan kekuatan vokal, persebahan tifo macam guna kadboard, giant flag, flare dan sebagainya. Lagipun, kekuatan UM barulah sekitar 200-300 kelmarin Insyallah lagi 2-3 tahun kalau dah cecah 5k, satu stadium akan bergema mula2 aku x perasan sgt. gf aku yg perasan dulu die tanya aku kenapa time bila korang(UM) sorak jer.gendang pun makin kuat. aku pun x tahu kenapa.now baru tahu cerita sebenar. thanks for the info.walau macm mana pun korang memang best. |

dia ni time berdebat dgn Anwar Ibrahim entah pape, x konstruktif langsung. Rasa cam xde apa yg dapat dari debat tu melainkan buih2 kat mulut dia je. Sapa yg tengok live memang perasan buih2 tu. Kalau kt youtube x perasan pasal quality buruk.

T-Team scored 1 goal so 1-3 against HMA.
Big surprise for KL and Sabah, they seem to be doing well right now. I hope KL can challenge Kelantan in their next game. |

i thought Akmal already wash up and over since he left Selangor, but honestly i didn't expect him to become so influential right now.
And Perak beat N9? It is rare since N9 is very strong squad. Good, i hope this season Perak can achieve something. Clearly Norizan Bakar and Ahmad Shahrul Azhar can bring something to the squad. |

I used to follow the result when Khalid Jamlus play but i have lost my interest in Liga M since 4 - 5 years ago. And this season i really piss off because RTM didn't take the matter seriously. No live match last Tuesday i can understand. But today is Saturday. Why they didn't broadcast any match? Instead they are showing some Malay drama. There are two way to watch Liga M matches right now, 1st Subscribe to Astro, 2nd Follow the team into the stadium. I'm not very fond of paid channel/TV because most of time they tend to rip you off. And sadly i can't travel too far and and be at crowded & noisy place such as stadium due to my medical condition. |

This might be quite an open contest seeing as Selangor isn't as dominant as it was for the last two seasons and teams promoted from MPL are doing quite well. It comes down to consistency. I'm hoping to see the Harimaus, Perak and maybe KL (my team) squeezing something out this season, they're definitely a potential threat to the big 4 (Sel, Kel, Ter, N9).

QUOTE(plokoon @ Feb 13 2011, 02:36 PM) My 1st Liga Super game of the season. Finally managed to come back to hometown & watch a proper Perak match (vs N. 9). Boy! What a match it turned out to be. The Seladangs beat the 2009 Malaysia Cup Champions with 2-0 goals without reply. Akmal Rizal's sublime volley which led to the 2nd goal deserved a special mention. -------> Perak thread plsI notice the crowd volume has swelled & it's a good sign. A nice addition is the establishment of our very own Ultras known as Silver State Ultras who were nicely parked the 'curva' beside the scoreboard. They came with flares too! |

i prefer to give astro more 'chance' because they're relatively new in the industry (less than a year for astro arena)
and it's not the same as handling other tv channel like astro ria or awani coz arena must cover most of the local sports (providing that not much news agency do have the video footage on local sports..) if vs astro awani..they can contact RTM, aljazeera, media prima for news footage / what's happening around things like that. |

Yusri Che Lah a commentator now? damn I knew I should have go on and get another Astro for my house when I had the means to do it last time aroundand I agree that Azlan Johar is not suitable (to put it nicely) for the match commentator role. so far no local commentator come close to Dato' Hj Hasbullah Awang in commentating our local football match |

but based on two matches of HM that i went to, they look very very very not-m-league type.
1.vs pahang.. i believe ball posession shud be around 65% to HM 2vs perlis today (kebetulan tgh lalu PJ dari kerja nampak lampu, apa lagi..) posession i think 70%.2nd half tak melampau kalau aku kata 80% HM pegang bola. and the winning goal for Harimau Muda wasnt counted? pelik gila ref tadi.linesman tak angkat pun Added on February 16, 2011, 4:01 am QUOTE(aweeff @ Feb 16 2011, 02:46 AM) for now yes, but for sea games..no final decision yetThis post has been edited by nanamiwashio: Feb 16 2011, 04:01 AM |

QUOTE(nanamiwashio @ Feb 21 2011, 12:44 PM) vs pakistan main kat shah alam kan? Aku rasa rakyat Malaysia yang kedekut, bukan FAM yang kapitalis. A match is a match no matter who's playing. Even if a lower ranked team plays, the stadium will use the same resources as if a team of higher ranking is playing. So it's not fair to have a two tiered ticketing system just to pamper the people to watch.btw kalau FAM stick with RM 20 for AFF, might be hard for people to watch. altho come with package of 2 matches...wait who the fu*k wan to watch laos playing football? be reasonable lah FAM. they're now setting the standard of RM 20 as = RM 10 now. kapitalis FAM |

QUOTE(nanamiwashio @ Feb 22 2011, 01:32 PM) excuse me sir, do u believe this manutd-can-pay-rm200-tix-per-match is the same supporters yang akan datang ke stadium shah alam? Yes, we are. As I posted above, it's just our pampered mentality being a hindrance, NOT FAM trying to get money out of the people.naaahh be relevant |

(apatah lagi tiket liga super selangor pon dah naik harga, dan team harimau muda pon dah dicharge rm10) fuuuhh Added on February 22, 2011, 1:43 pm QUOTE(Angel of Deth @ Feb 21 2011, 06:00 PM) rasanya xla mahal sangat tiket RM20, bola sepak memang macam ni. Harga tiket ikut pasaran semasa. Lagipn bukan selalu kita g stadium tengok team Malaysia main. the problem is for me who always watch selangor + harimau muda (if playing at shah alam or mbpj) + malaysia *no offence to others QUOTE(fd_totti @ Feb 22 2011, 01:38 PM) amboi bang, awal beratur kat FAM tadi hehehe This post has been edited by nanamiwashio: Feb 22 2011, 01:44 PM |

If our football fans exactly like in Europe or even like our neighbor Indonesia, I don't mind (FcukBall Association of Moron) want to increase the price coz I know stadium will be full of capacity. TV3 shows interest in M-League
KUALA LUMPUR: Private station TV3 could turn out to be the saviour for millions of local football fans. As talks between M-League rights holder Astro and government-owned RTM1 are seemingly deadlocked, TV3 is beginning to show interest in airing the matches, starting with the first-leg of the Asian zone Olympic qualifier between Malaysia and Pakistan tomorrow. Currently, Astro Arena brings live coverage of the matches. "TV3 are very interested but Astro is still negotiating with RTM," said an insider. "Even if TV3 do not get to air the Malaysia-Pakistan match, they are interested in the league matches, and even the FA Cup or Malaysia Cup." Another source confirmed that Media Prima, who owns TV3, are willing to spend big on Malaysian football after the country emerged victorious at the Asean Cup in December. Prior to this, RTM1 has been diligently broadcasting the local league matches and a handful of international matches. Nevertheless, RTM1 has yet to air a single local football match since the 2011 season started last month. RTM1 had in the past paid RM6 million to the FA of Malaysia to broadcast the matches. Astro are also asking for RM6 million but it was learnt RTM1 wants it reduced. This was highlighted in The Malay Mail article headlined ‘No live football matches on RTM1 irks fans' published on Thursday. The Information, Communications and Culture Ministry deputy secretary-general Datuk Dr Rothiah Omar had, however, assured local fans they "have not cancelled the airing of local football matches" and hoped "Astro and RTM1 will come to an agreement soon". |

QUOTE(izdyharz @ Feb 23 2011, 10:37 PM) Owh, so the squad that will be compete for Olympic is not coached by Raja Gopal? why's that? I think this squad totally outplayed Pakistan in this match. Expect for a few miss glorious chances and Fahmi poor ball distribution, but overall i think they performed very well and convincing. This team is not really convincing compared to Raja Gopal's one.. |

QUOTE(raj84 @ Feb 23 2011, 10:53 PM) this is qualifying only. maybe if we qualify to olympic (which is less likely we do), only then raja will be the coachi feel kesian to him sometimes. he carried so much burden over his shoulder. some countries just send their senior team asst coach/U21 coach for U23 team |

QUOTE(Angel of Deth @ Feb 23 2011, 10:45 PM) why's that? I think this squad totally outplayed Pakistan in this match. Expect for a few miss glorious chances and Fahmi poor ball distribution, but overall i think they performed very well and convincing. Oh, of course the team outplayed Pakistan and played very well on this match and also we had a lot of chances, but compared to Raja Gopal's team I think much more solid, when they get chances oftenly get into the net. Ok serious question guys, anyone know where to get that royal/navy blue polo shirt with a yellow stripe across the chest that Coach Ong Kim Swee and our boys were wearing before they changed into their kit?
Loved the jersey during Syukur Adnan, Indera Putra that time, that design was simple and awesome. Let me know if u guys have any leads on the polo! Thanks! |

Aku rasa skuad U23 main lebih bagus drpd skuad senior.. link up play lagi bagus, berani simpan bola.. tp mungkin sbb lwn Pakistan je.. tak tau la kalu lwn Indon atau Thailand.. tp ape2 pun, kalu camni punye main, masa depan bola Msia mmg cerah la... kena berani... mungkin kalu tak kerana keeper Pakistan 2nd half tu, kita buleh menang lebih dari 4 bijik pun...

bile tgk balik replay, overall play mmg baik. CBs start nervous plak. mahali je yg tunjuk experience main senior team. but as game continue, diorg find footing n more calm. apek ok. nervous jgk awal2 mebe sbb pegang captain armband kut.
overall team nampak lebih fit and tough. ref pn bagi malaysia main body contact lebih sket tanpa bg foul. tp smpi habis nampak msia pn slow down. wan zack haikal kecewa sket sbb igt die game changer tapi x dpt lift team spirit sangat tp ade potential. nk tgk gary steven robbat main hopefully pasni. antara player yg curi tumpuan team kt slovakia kan? lps ni rasa sengal la nk tgk our 'yellow-black' beraksi lagi kt msia. mac international friendly semua xnak lawan. xkan tunggu chelsea kut? |

QUOTE(hidzwan @ Feb 24 2011, 02:48 PM) Mr. aweeff has clearly elaborate bout this ssfc & Ultras in his previous2 post.. As a normal fan, i would love to see ssfc & Ultras combine every match involves M'sian National team.. Though it sounds impossible atm.. I hope it happens fast enough. Right now seems like we have two set of supporters. The Ultras Malaya and non Ultras..They don't even sing the Barisan Kita song together IINM. Harimau Muda still have a lot of room for improvement. A bit frustrated with their play sometimes. Maybe Pakistan second keeper is really better or maybe our player make him looks good. Can I safely say the stadium attendance last night was like a preview for Malaysians attendance during the group stage in AFF cup in 2012? Seems like most Malaysians still choose which game they want to attend. One more thing. I REALLY hate the vuvuzela/airhorn/blowhorn shit. Feels like a thousand mamak roti in the stadium. |

of course..given the fact that their ranking is around us.
just like vietnam, thailand & indon winning aff doesnt means we can beat those teams easily. same goes to the harimau muda altho it's a different set of players & generations |

RTM1 back in the game
KUALA LUMPUR: It was a decision that brought joy to millions of football fans across the nation. RTM1 received the greenlight from the Information, Communications and Culture Ministry to air the Asian Zone pre-Olympic first-leg match between Malaysia and Pakistan three hours before the kickoff (8.45pm) yesterday. The government-owned TV station will also air the return leg in Lahore on March 9. Earlier, RTM were negotiating the deal with M-League commercial rights-holder Astro but it came to a standstill. RTM1 had in the past paid RM6 million to the FA of Malaysia (FAM) to broadcast the matches. Astro demanded the same amount but RTM1 had only wanted to pay about RM4 million for the first two years, followed by RM5 million and later RM6 million in a five-year deal. The long wait, however, irked fans as RTM1 failed to show M-League matches since the start of the season last month. Media Prima's TV3 were interested in showing the matches but Astro apparently insisted on honouring their arrangement with RTM1. The sum that RTM1 and Astro have agreed on for both legs remains unknown. Nevertheless, industry insiders believe this is a step in the right direction. "It looks like RTM1 will be airing the local league again very soon. We're looking at next month," said an insider. "There is a need for one free-to-air station to cover the league for the benefit of the fans. TV3 are still interested and are still looking at ways to come in." The sudden surge of interest in the domestic league came about after Malaysia won the 2009 Laos Sea Games gold medal followed by the Asean Cup victory in December last year. Malay Mail |
