call for redemption for GST rm50 last wed, MR in maybank2u already shown deducted 10000 MR point, but in amount to pay, the transaction, still didn't deduct the GST rm50

fast to deduct, slow to add. My MR to Cash redemption took almost 2 whole weeks, but points deducted a day after I called tongue.gif

Hi all,

I swiped my maybank 2 amex cars in singapore last friday and saturday. When i checked online, the transactions were not updated yet. Anyone knows how long does it take for overseas transaction to show and any additional charges?

YES, AMEX has the highest admin charge (2.5%) plus the conversion rate

the SGD transaction will be converted into USD and then only to RM

Depends. For transactions done locally, it is usually updated the next day. Check it again tomorrow. And there is 2.5% charge for payments made in foreign currency.

Today is the last weekend for Feb 2011 to utilise the max RM50 Cash-Back rebate from Maybankard2 AMEX.

Remember to check your M2U for the Feb 2011 rebates on 1 Mac 2011

Next time you go overseas, would appreciate if you please swipe both Maybankard 2 Amex and Maybankard 2 Visa so we can see and compare the conversion rate. Thank you in advance.

We are referring to the 5% Weekend Rebate, not the 15% Rebate Promo.
