i cant seem to play videos that i've put into my mem card..after clicking the vid it goes blank and nothing happens

i get it from THE MINES SERDANG... i didn't remember which floor but search the the HTC official shop.. not the floor with lot of mobile reseller.. one thing i remember is same floor with TGV Cinema at The Mines... the prices around rm35... kalau pandai tawar dpt la murah..

how do i install swype? need to root first ah?

no need.. http://beta.swype.com/ go there and register.. then login there download swype installer with swype installer u can get those swype to install in ur phone

What format are those videos of yours? Not all formats play on the default video player. For other formats you can try VitalPlayer or RockPlayer from the market.

i ordered last time while i stil own the desire z, and after sold it i plan to gift to the new owner.
but i made a mistake, when i purchase was written $15.. somemore i blurblur tot is RM15.. endup charged my credit card RM 50...
So i guess i cant gift to the new owner who bought from me, very sorry.

anyway, guys mms doesnt seem to work..even after putting digi mms settings..i still cant download/send..

hi, try use handsent sms software.. last time i used this and it works on mms..
and you make sure you entered the correct access point setting for mms?

IMHO the smoothest mkv player for me is Vital Player. Try looking for it in the market

i've entered all the settings correctly..i've read online that handcent works with mms but not the stock sms app..
btw can u use the digi prepaid internet with Z? as in for purely internet though ppl generally use that sim with the dongle

How do we actually use 3g anyway? I tick d mobile connections, then wat do I do? Do I have to set up d APN? What is d APN anyway, and its importance?

Another ques, can we check our data usage on our phone, or do we have to wait for the bill from our provider?

APN (access point names) refer to the name of access points which is what you need to use mobile data. It's usually automatically configured when you insert your sim card inside.

once you tick the mobile connections, it should automatically search for an available 3g connection or 2g if there is no 3g signal. You'll know you have 3g if it says 3g or H on the notification bar. it only does this when you're not connected to wifi though
