Can u believe it, cannot perform copy function from within the GMAIL app that comes with the phone.

Imagine you get an email with a telephone number, u need to remember the number by heart and then dial it in the call keypad. Isnt that rubbish ?

Chill out man..Download this app called "copy paste it".

how you got nandroid for stock rom?to have nandroid, you must root..then of course you need recovery. in order to have recovery, you must root. its like, you learn how to run first then walk..the only way is to run RUU from shiprom.

Whosaid cannot? Open the email, click menu button, then click select text, then select the text u want to copy, and use the highlight to drag it. After done, it will copy the text. That's all... Huhu easy...

Not all apps can be moved to SD card, some apps need to be in the phone memory to run properly. App2sd will auto detect which app is able to move to SD and which cannot.

then do thing step by step,
first root your phone,
refer to the rooting guides.
bro, you're suppose to partition your SD before you flash the ROM.
try again, don't give up. smile.gif

Finally on miui rom 1.1.14R2 stable version.
First impression -

Pros
look very attractive better than Sense (graphical wise)
Fast but stil tiny bit slow than Sense UI

Cons
complicated/confusing - too many icons
Unstable compare to Sense
- I have blank/black screen when i access to wallpaper >online MIUI gallery.
- Sometimes suddenly force close apps - can't remember what apps.

Still giv it a chance to try a few days, will decide later to chg rom or not.

err, not really sweat.gif

before migrating to MIUI_Au I was using Leedroid 2.3d,
I've experienced too many force closes on leedroid,
had a lot of problem relating to Titanium Backup.
In the end I just gave up and decided to try out MIUI laugh.gif

currently the ROM I'm using is stable and fast,
using LauncherPro Plus to replace the stock MIUI launcher,
really solid performance so far.

yup, after rooting your phone just flash the ROM, done.

do NOT use task killers,
unless the app is not responding or you have no way of killing the app,
why you shouldn't be using a task killer

Any MIUI users can explain why is it called MIUI?

What are it's strong points compared with Sense ROMs (lee, aura, bla bla)and other Non-Sense ROMs (AOSP ones)?

biggrin.gif Please share.

<Refrain from those basic comments like fast, stable , less force close, etc... I just want it's features that the other two does not provide>
