Downloading official CM7 nightly for N1, will let you guys know how it is. (N1 is similar right? )

I work more than 1 years++ and according to account department. Company mostly pay out 2 months bonus. Minimum also 1 month ma. But bonus is always depend on the company that wanna give you or not. Last year I didn't hit the sales target.maybe this is the balasan for didn't hit the target and he might use this excuse and no need pay me a bonus.   

Hi guys. I'm sorry if this is already covered but I can't really seem to find a proper answer. I've been using my desire for a few months and right now I think I really want to finally root and flash it.

I'm just worried though, having used it for so long, will I lose all my information when I flash it? Contacts, installed apps, SMSes, etc.?

I really do want to flash it and get a rockin' UI but I'm not willing to lose all that info.

Where to download?? cnt find it anywhere...

It's been 10 days since i last switched to Oxygen RC6 ROM. Heard that Nightly CM7 just came out.

A few question need to ask.

Do i need to do from step 1? it looked to me that step 1 is just a  guide for root.

for question 2, i d/l the google app , and when i try to download the CM 7 ROM, it has 2 files, do i need to download both?

I am kinda confused here. Any simple guide for me to flash this rom?? And it's a Gingerbread ?

meaning, boot recovery, full wipe, flash ROM 1 and ROM 2, reboot again to recovery, flash gapps. activate firerat?

May i know that activate firerat is being done at the recovery mode or during the startup?

if not mistaken,they wont know because the mobo kong d...all of the stuff will be on the mobo itself...correct me if im wrong...

so i need to unroot my phone first? i do as u said but the unrevoked out something like "error: failed to get root, is your firmware too new?"
