Low cost? Please use your word carefully. Don't simply give negative word without verify what you write or you don't understand "low cost" mean. You may say you don't like the design of the condo, but don't simply give "low cost" to represent "don't like".

Kelana Puteri very good for rental, full house always that was way before Paradigm mall came in. With mall definitely good. Also, news of LRT 3 definitely seem to pass by here on the rear side towards Glenmarie.

Was looking at puteri sometime back, but had too many new launches so went for new. Do take note, many students staying around there. Hence, rental not an issue.

u r right, my unit always rented out if old tenant plan to move out. never left empty for the past 20 years. except one month for major renovation eg tiles etc.
in fact my unit always pass on /introduce to new tenants by the old tenants.

until today agents still calling me.

as for leasehold, no issue, can just request JMB/MC to write to selangor gov to renew lease......I heard in selangor, just need to pay rm1 as long as keep for 10yrs min.....if sell of earlier then need to pay penalty.....

How is Kelana Putera better than Kelana Puteri? I may be interested in moving there. There are too many issues involving the 'moronic management rules' here. Now, there is a curfew of the common area by 8 p.m. - Nepalese guards playing 'kindergarden cops' here. After I had made a police report about several sexual harassment incidents involving a Nepalese guard here, nothing was done and that guard has even been promoted - a suspected psychopath! So much of hassle regarding usage of the pool as well. Instead of barring usage altogether, they should have the common sense to sanitize it after each use. I really want a refund of the service fees as it has been too long now since we were last allowed to use the pool.

I would not recommend anyone to buy or rent a place here. It is very challenging to be a resident here with harassment by guards etc. especially if you are a single female living here. Stupid rules - a reflection of the moronic management.

How about Kelana Mahkota? Is it better?

How come you can use swimming pool. Cmco said swimming activities prohibited.

It is now 2021...and Puteri has the highest number Bangla people staying there when compared to Putera, Sterling and Mahkota. Yes, Puteri's management is famous for being unreasonable and lame even after all these years.

My friend cant stand the management and their ridiculous rules and regulations so she sold it off.
