Kelana Puteri very good for rental, full house always that was way before Paradigm mall came in. With mall definitely good. Also, news of LRT 3 definitely seem to pass by here on the rear side towards Glenmarie.
Was looking at puteri sometime back, but had too many new launches so went for new. Do take note, many students staying around there. Hence, rental not an issue. |
