K Puteri - what's wrong with the swimming pool? noticed the pool is quite big, almost olympic size.. quite clean as well.

Heard the rental yield is quite good, easily rented out at 1.6-1.7k/month (furnished). now selling at about 250K?

20days out of 30days is too exagerate lah. if so, the management need to close liao.

There was an accident i the pool a few years ago, a kid died. According to newspaper, the outlet hole which supposedly for water circulation actually sucked that kid's foot, and he trapped down there and drown

i prefer puteri vs putera coz :
1. the hospital is just oposite the condo, no need to call/wait for ambulan
2. it is nearer to amenities eg shopping (paradigm, parklane, giant etc), LRT, bus stop etc
3. the compound is bigger (8 acres?), more airy
4. further from NKVE 's dusts and noises
5. facilities is about the same
