Is the receipt printed or handwrited? 'upah hantar tumpang kilang'? i dont think they send it to kilang. seems like they're making pocket money. maybe u can call nokia careline 1300-88-1600 to justify evything.

Another way round is that you can send to someone like your trusted relative to help you send into NCC. Courier charges should be cheaper that that. icon_rolleyes.gif

i want to hear from x6 user because i have emailed nokia and they said there is no backup battery in X6, so this not really a problem? rclxub.gif

i tested my X6 just now. even pull out the battery few sec, need to reset the time and date again wor...
sorry for previous misleading.

If 'succesfully configuring' means getting it to sync 1 day and dead the next day onwards, then i did managed to configure it.

I wonder why nokia promises a feature which cant function at all. sad.gif

After spending an hour configure the email settings, i ended up abandoning the attempt to send an email out from Nokia phone. doh.gif

I just wanna send an email with picture attachment out. That's it and it failed on me.

I dont have any problem configuring any mail. Been configuring since Nokia 5800XM up to Nokia N8 , Nokia C7 and even E7

The easiest way is to create an account via nokia messaging and request it to retrieve and make sure you have internet when configuring.

If u want other to assist you on how to configure do post up the method ure creating like step by step and where fails u
