Max is about RM50 like that la. Don't push people like that. This kind of testing should be done on site when COD (if you use this method).

I admit sometime the time and date tend to differ when the battery is taken out from the phone for too long, but not everytime need to reset. However, my N97 mini also behaves like that when the battery is taken out for more than 1 hour.

For me, i usually avoid the hassle of chasing people and accept the problem myself since this is not the seller's fault of making the phone become like that.

IF you remove battery for long period, then need to reset time and date.
If just within few minute time, no need reset.

This is a very subjective manner. Old phone if the internal battery is dead will be like that especially phones more than a year. Even my nokia c7 brand new sometimes face this issue.

You paying for used set and u want your unit to be perfect? Even new set sometimes have problem. Like it says it's a common problem for used set.

once pull out the batter, then plug in again within a minute, oso need to reset?

This X6 cost 2000++ when first launch...my relative bought it, now regret..haha

If still under warranty. probably can send to claim warantty. within warranty period FOC (term & condition apply)

If let the reseller claim for you, probably u need to wait longer period, or maybe get some transport charge.

Sifu it's not a problem it's wear and tear. Imagine u bought a watch used. After 1 week the battery dies will u claim warranty with seller or manufacturer.  Problem is hardware malfunction .

If u say suddenly speaker no sound, screen goes blank, button can't press that's call problem not wear and tear battery dies

I just bought an old stock from a forumer here. It seems to be a genuine first hand phone, but the phone is inthe inventory for about 1 year plus. 

NCC tells me that no more warranty for it. Forunately, my customer agree to accept it after i explain to him. It depends much on the NCC's system information as well.

If u give your phone maybe it will follow the hologram. Bring your receipt to prove.

Is it a new set or used? if new set make sure check the lifetime timer to make sure the phone have not be used and resell to you

u mean Nokia Care Center is it? what is the problem? wear and tear defects and own misuse faulty sure got charges. other services is free provided if your hp is original n under warranty period. refer to the warranty card.
