Yeah, I wonder wat nokia thinks when they dont put backup battery in x6..

yes the date n time will reset after taking out the batt. sucks. n i hv problem syncing email too. manage to set my gmail n can sync at first but after some times it didnt sync new mails in anymore.

I did configure using nokia messaging using both gmail & hotmail. After a day or 2, it went dead. Same goes with mfe.

When i check the log, there was a 'successful' sync at set interval, but no mail comes in. My data plan is working fine as I am surfing the net and also posting this right now.

I just gave up on nokia messaging. Downloaded emoze last nite, and it looks promising.

Alright. Thanks for the replies. After my exams i will re-do the steps previously. If still cannot make it, I'll post up over here.

Good luck i also facing that problem cant retrieve sometimes. 1st time it works later it wont download new mail

heyz, is there any app (apart from threadsms) which i can view my sms in thread form?

i think there's an app called conversation. I used it on 5800 before.

used Emoze to push email this past few days. The only downside is it'll automatically shutdown when i try to do many things at once. I just have to restart the app and hide it again. Otherwise it works like a charm.

It even integrates with the phone messaging, with your mail boxes listed. The alert wont vibrate the phone though, but i dont really mind.

I put few connections (few wifi spots, 3g, wap) under 1 category, and the app brilliantly searched for and used the ones available.

U can install it by using nokia pc suite.
Connect ur phone, and open the installer using nokia Application Installer.
Or send the sis file to your phone using mass storage mode
and then browse to it with your file manager and select it.

how do u guys import music downloaded from ovi music to hp?? i had to require licence all over again after transferred to my phone

just transfer the mp3 to music by select mass storage and then refresh library will do...No need use OVI suite at all.

yea...i did the same too...but my problem is i want to know is there any way to play transferred music without acquiring license over the net? cuz i hate to update every song with its license issue

and is there any music player that can play ovi music other than nokia ovi player itself?? i found none :/ its bugging me to open 2 player at the same time just to listen those license song

im having problem playing the MP4 and wmv file...is it the resolution problem?

X6 support MP4 format. If cant play, probably resolution problem.
