someone said delete the intel rapid storage but where can i find taht any idea?

Hi chin, unseal from control panel under program and features. If fail, perhaps need to check ur bios settings by defaulting all settings.

inside the uninstall i coulndt find the rapid storage thingy. how do i do in bios ?

new M15X owner here,got a few question

1- the keyboard lights doesnt seems to glow 'full' especially the 'CTRL',FN','SPACEBAR' (the whole line actually)is it just me or all the same?

2- i checked the gpu temp using gpu-z,weird thing is the temp is around 55-60deg in idle but the fan showed '0' RPM?using 5850 by the way

do i need to rma or throw in the drain behind my house?

1. The bottom row of keys are darker, but only very slightly. Have to look at it very closely to notice it.

2. This is normal as the fan not not controlled by the GPU's BIOS but the mobo's. GPU-Z reads the fan speed via the GPU's BIOS.

better wait for Sandy Bridge V2~ the current SB is crappy with the flaw being reported~

What are the flaws reported? Havent been following any news lately

Edit: read about it already. Does the problem affect M15x?

It only affect the SandyBridge, so M15x is not affected..

It seems there's some misinformed information. Sandy Bridge Processor DO NOT have any design flaw. The problem LIES in the CHIPSET Sata controller of the motherboard.
