Hello to all the Alienware enthusiast here,
I'm taking a long hard serious look at getting a M17X R3 but there doesn't seem to be much love for it around here. Despite having the new I7-2720QM processor, i keep hearing that the HD6870 GPU is a deal breaker. I understand the previous M17X R2 was sporting dual GPUs... Is there sufficient reason for me to consider getting a M17X R2 or a M15X instead? Thanks! |

Should be no problem, you just need to find the 32-bit version of your driver and your ram will only be usable until 3.xx GB only..

Seems like Dell only provide with 64-bit driver
or you could install the 32-bit version as Virtual OS and just use it for the programming ? |

i'm thinking the same idea..
do programming in virtual box + using visual studio + openGL programming. i'll consider it.. seems installing windows 32 bit is a "no go".. hav good PC but cant do simple things.. |
