is there any problem with the command center if install windows 32 bit?

i hav bad experience with the wrong command center version. it make my mobo useless.. i afraid it will repeat the same problem..

i'm thinking the same idea..
do programming in virtual box + using visual studio + openGL programming.
i'll consider it..

seems installing windows 32 bit is a "no go"..
hav good PC but cant do simple things..

i'm using ati 5870.
is it more stable to OC the GPU using MSI afterburner compare to ATI overdrive?
Bcoz i always get BSoD when OC using ATi Overdrive.. ~~
