Anyone know how to control the fan spin speed other than using Hwinfo32 to tweak it..
Doctor or Puto can help?
my advise is don't manually chance the setting since the processes is way beyond our estimation.
but if you still eager to adjust the fanspeed, you need to override the BIOS setting using specific software (some of BIOS version have their own certain temperature to maxed up the RPM of the fans), and it might causing disturbances on other aspects especially system temperature since you will be playing with BIOS power consumption's setting.

Enjoying my m15x sooooo much
was an avid gamer back in uni, but since started work last year, i have only a small samsung netbook as my only pc.
actually i wanted to purchase an acer 4820TG, and almost did so if not for the shortage of stock.
Then i considered that for rm2600 i can only enjoy so much with the HD5650, why not just go all out with a full gaming PC? But it takes up space, and i need it to be at least portable and can be used to bring along during those days that i can go home.
Salary is just sitting idly in the account, why not use it to make my heart feel good and as an investment?
And after that it was all Alienware..
Not regretting it at all.
And thumbs up to our esteemed TS and system seller - MrDocter for handling problems during the ordering process(my AW took a month - not anyone's fault) well and being a responsible seller

. Highly recommended.
Will post pictures of the custom nameplate later

thanks brother. i did put your name on the Alienware M15x Ownerlist last week, so yea enjoy your stay!
meanwhile, any update on your GTX460M driver? if you have any tips regarding that matter, you might want to share with us too!
