Maybe can refer to your receipt, if it is still under warranty, no doubt Jaben will claim for you since they are so helpful.
Time to move to another IEM haha.. |

Would like to give credit to Lau who attended to me this afternoon.
Nice guy with solid knowledge on headphone. In the end I tested so many headphone before I decide to go for koss portapro I will visit again..thumbs up!! |
