The only thing I want from Jaben is Lavry... but that will have to wait few years until I get to work.

QUOTE(tunertoobe @ Jan 31 2011, 07:18 PM) You made me sad Sound quality wise, you listen. =p Btw, after about 1.5k hour of usage, the mids will rise and the sound production will be more balanced. *and the coherence thingy more or less is fixed* , so just hang on to it. Worth money spent, that is up to you to decide dearie. |

QUOTE(tunertoobe @ Feb 1 2011, 06:53 PM) » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « The muffled Treble when bass kicks in is another sign that it is not burned that long as well, it will be better after about 700h or 1000h, by then the separation would be a lot better and the muffling of treble by the bass would disappear, *mids are also affected by this, so just keep on using it* - I get the feeling that yours is hardly even been used. DDM II from what I heard is more drier compared to DDM I, but I can't really say for myself since I haven't auditioned one yet. P/S: if you're an owner of Crossroad WoodyOne, the development of DDM during run in is very similar, so you can pretty much expect what will happen after 1.5k hour or so of run in. Well, both of the drivers need time to match each other's pace aka. the reason why burn-in is needed. This is not much of an issue at all at high end multi driver IEMs like CK10, but for Radius, you need to burn in for quite a while before it gets better and synchronize with one another.
Well, from what I remembered, it is like the high and low are seperated from the mids *like the mids is a seperate entity from the high and low* and you feel like there's this gap in between those two, like the high and low is not coming from the same song. But, so far mine has already fixed, after a long hour of usage. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Not sure about the gumstick though, I haven't touch mine.... for like 3-5 months... especially after I got the Radius. I ended up using Clip+ more since the tonality is more neutral. This post has been edited by Farenhei147: Feb 2 2011, 07:01 PM |
