I went to collect my keys this evening and must say that I'm pretty satisfied with my unit currently. Have yet to conduct any inspection on defects thought as I was rushing back to hometown. Best view of my house would be my 2nd room facing pool.

Anyway, anyone of you feels that the actual unit defers from the show unit during the launching ? It seems so much smaller to me sad.gif .. and I dont seems to be able to figure out the extra 70ft that I've paid for sad.gif

Has anyone started renovating ? smile.gif

Think everyone waiting for defects to be fixed first before renovating. At least I am waiting for the defects to be fixed. Will visit my unit this weekend to see if any progress on this. And yes it does seem smaller to me too but dunno if it's cause they used the biggest unit as the showroom. I remember the ceiling being higher..

yes the ceiling is quite low
which is 2.8m height for the existing unit
show unit if not mistaken is about 3.1m
to be frank,
with 2.8m, then do plaster ceiling left 2.65m
then it look like flat already

I was told the CCC is actually the CF by the staff at their danau kota showroom. How can you get CF with only 1 lift serving 24 floors, no water and electricity. Better get sorted before next month..

If you put plaster ceiling your whole unit, it will definitely look low..some more if plan to install ceiling fan, tall people sure in danger of getting whacked if raise arm..

I think if not mistaken the biggest unit has diff layout from us. The shoerack area is so much smaller n the toilet too !! when I was there ytd, a lot of unit started renovating d. I was kinda surprise wif d amt of agent outside d gate n make d whole place seems so crowded already. rclxub.gif

I've decided to grill only d main entrance door n leave d rest open. Wouldn't wan d nice view to b blocked by grills sweat.gif
