Today I bought this flower/alien look alike fan that will close all the blades when not functioning and open t when switched on. Will put this in the dining area. The light should be bright enough for that area.

I plan to argue this if my unit defects still not fixed by end of the month. CF, 1-2 working lift, no electricity, no water, still charge full maintenance fee? How to justify this. Even then, the lift in Block A has this tendency to SKIP MY FLOOR. I have to walk down 1 floor to 18th floor then take the lift. WTF is this.

hi, im in!! its not fair for us to pay the maintenance fee but still cant live & use the facility..
actually ive called TNB last two weeks..the customer relations officer told me that from the sytem, PV developer has yet pay the deposit fee for electricity. once they pay it, in 48 hours TNB will connect the electricity..ive met PV officer cant recall his name and told him about this..he cant answer but show me that they have received the CF & claim its all authoruty fault. if u all remember,the water & electricity deposit we have paid it last year in october to november. what happen to that money?? the TNB officer can also give my account no & say it has been registered but the deposit has yet been paid. and one more thing, the TNB officer told me that PV's management had just submitted the form on 23rd of august...the forms that we all had fill it up a year ago!!!!


by the way, mine is 7th floor blok A..
