secretes a solution that causes inflamation of your skin if come into contact... worse? when u sleep, you don't know anything.. woke up in the morning.. red rashes appears everywhr the charlie has gone over you..itchy.. pain... and generally... if come into contact with eyes? blindness may result...

and that's charlie..? at first look, i thought charlie was something cuddly and cute..



why thr wasnt any charlie when i was staying in w.ulu..? d only thing came in abundance was dis freakin lizard..

then bla bla later on he mentioned..

"these formulae easy only, economics formulae...as engineering students it should be a piece of cake for you."

then he mentioned.

"only those that's good in math, the smart ones are in engineering, our formulae are many times more complex than accountant's. That's why only smart ones get into engineerings, and the stupid ones in arts cause it's easy."



i was... waddafak.... thinking of raising my hand up and bantah... really... it's super super f***ed up comment man...

but alas.. i did not have the guts to do so infront of 100+ students...

anyone knows what organisation is represented by d logo above..? its NATO.. and d yusuf guy should join dat organisation.. NATO stands for No Action Talk Only.. a very typical trait found in most lecturers in unimap..

I hate Electromagnetic Theory. I didn't understand anything, for the beginning of the sem until now. And the best part is, my lect is a new lect, just got her PhD. Sakit kepala...

Actually, that's part of the reason why our local institutions have not been able to climb the ladder of international recognition for the past decades. Lecturers are just not experience enough to teach. Like what ghodul has said, the lecturer teaching him Electromagnetic Theory just got her PhD. It is like you are asking a fresh engineer to troubleshoot an entire testing system, without any guidance. That should not be the way lah I feel.

In other parts of the world, fresh PhD who aspire to become a Prof will have to become a TA, a.k.a. teaching assistant. A TA has to be scrutinised, guided, criticised, by a very experienced Prof, before he/she will be allowed to give lectures.

In our beloved country, fresh PhD's go direct to become a lecturer. See the difference?

just asking u guys..

i got two opposite opinions from friends.

1. Get prof la, at least a Dr.... 4 years here, must be under one if not it doesn't feel right. Afterall they can get grants easier, and their technical expertise should be top notch...

2. Get some that can accept ur idea. Some prof push down their idea on u. so u can't do ur on thing ur on idea. Hard to work with too high level.
