My friend has got an unit of condo to let go. Block A1. Not facing lake. Actually the finishing is quite good. Quite nice environment but I think will be a bit dirty until the others blocks are fully completed.

OSK hand over Mirage Block A condo end Oct 14 but to date infra structure for cable TV, Internet not ready. Door access n other general maintenance services not provided yet. How to live in? Wtf 😈😈

No major reno. All equipment and furnitures moved in eddy. We staying over on weekend and holidays.

what a mess.. the unit is not ready for occupant. lot's of defect on my unit - probably a leak on the roof since there is watermark even after first repair.. more than a month waited now since joint inspection..

I have a solution to the lockset for kitchen door to utility area which have been wrongly fixed (can access from both sides). Just switch the lockset with one of the room! This is only for Block A lake facing unit only. I'm not sure if other units face the same problem ...

Sounds bad...I'll be collecting my keys and inspection tmrw. Hopefully my unit is not too bad. How long do they take take to rectify all the defects after we submit the defect notification form? And how long the duration are we given to continue to report any defects till we are satisfied with the result? I don't think we can identify all the defects within 1 Hour and some defects might not immediately noticeable.

Yes - definitely can't point to all defects within 1 hour.. i think we are given 2 years warranty after VP.. means any defect ref to construction / building can be referred to as warranty period..

they promise to deliver the rectification within 30 days.. mine already overdue.. still have lots of issue to rectified.. need to follow up closely.. poor management..

if you change the lockset to with the room, means the room will not be lockable?
yes - mine Block A but not facing the lake..
