Hi guys.. im looking around to buy a MBTL unit as I am working in Cyber. I've looked around cyber condos.. compared to others like Serin, etc, how is the actual PH population like in MBTL?

These few years auction unit fetched prices tended to overshot similiar subsale asking. So it might not reflect the floor price.

470k for luxury condo in cyberjaya city center is considered cheap already...I will buy if my current commitments allow..
