Hi guys.. im looking around to buy a MBTL unit as I am working in Cyber. I've looked around cyber condos.. compared to others like Serin, etc, how is the actual PH population like in MBTL?

These few years auction unit fetched prices tended to overshot similiar subsale asking. So it might not reflect the floor price.

Yes, at this price ... it's quite reasonable, but dont know the actually unit details though, maybe PH has trashed the whole unit?

Yes agree ... if this round still no one bids then will enter the auction next round, coz if multiple bidders this round then final price might end up above RM500k + RM100k (fixing + hidden costs) = RM600k ... still expensive!

agreed...many not know those lelong unit u can see aircond, fridge and etc all gone.


seriously, do ur due diligence before purchase. sometimes can peek from outside to see the unit.

wld the tenant profile of significant PH community like most condo in cyber affect its ability to remain luxurious in the long run?
