is RM8000 a reasonable price for custom made tv display cabinet (W-16.5' x D-450mm x H-3135mm) using plywood material (with built-in invisible door for storeroom) and coated with high water & scratch resistance film?

Good suggestion as i was thinking of some way of metal support to support it but wife say too ugly...never think of this way ..haha...
As for the wood frame..i have no idea but this installer is the one i have used for my previous house as well, so far so good...

I think i should clarify a bit, the L angle are suppose to go parallel with your cabinet. Means the vertical side is behind your cabinet. If you do, you should paint it to the matching colour.

My very minimalist floating tv cabinets. Now i have this problem after 1 year ++ of usage..the cabinets is slanting down / drop a bit. You can see the gap on top of the cabinet ( which is seal with a sealant ) against the wall. It's around 15mm.
I have an 40" TV and 2 small speaker ( ard 8" x 10") on top of it. Also and Astro decoder, DVD player and Unifi modem inside the middle console.
So what can i do to make sure it wont further slanting down or worse fall down.
Anything i can do to strengthen it as well as beautified it.
Thanks for your suggestion in advance.

Oh Thanks, but this was done more than 2 years ago and i cant really recall the price. Any way all this wall paper is price per roll and the price is varies with all the discount / purchase with purchase and buy 1 free 1 promo..so end up very messy..haha.

What you guys want to install into your TV cabinet usually? Or wish to have it.

Like
1) Back panel glow light for reduce eye stress
2) TV wall mount rack that can swivel for easy access back and cleaning.
3) 1 on/off switch for all
4) Fade in/out light

Currently waiting for the TV cabinet, thought putting something for easy use on the TV cabinet.

how are you planning to do that? i've read somewhere in this forum that the wall plug shall have enough length to penetrate to the wall surface. is it really necessary? btw, your tv cabinet is solid wood?

The whole TV cabinet will be install in coming 3week time.

They insure me that no problem with the back panel hang the big TV. So I just buy their word.

I don't no how they do it. But will know later.

Just the TV wall rack already 7.5kg sweat.gif

It is melamine.
