The whole TV cabinet will be install in coming 3week time.

They insure me that no problem with the back panel hang the big TV. So I just buy their word.

I don't no how they do it. But will know later.

Just the TV wall rack already 7.5kg  sweat.gif

It is melamine.

For back panel, don't think is using melamine.

60" is only 28kg

Yup, go for standard 1st. If can't get what you want, than only go for customize.

There is few shop got wide range of std TV cabinet to choose.

Even CUBO have a std customize to make.

Actually nothing to worry about, installer will usually asked about your TV size and heights you wanted to place the TV. At those specific point, the will install a few pieces of melamine board right to the wall so you wont have a hollow in between. After that they will put a mark there so that as long as you drilled within those range, your TV will be holding as firm as they should be. I seen them doing that when they build my melamine base tv cab few yrs back as I was concerned about it too

ah... rclxms.gif rclxms.gif rclxms.gif make sure you make some provision for center speaker if you have one. You don't wanna end up having the center speaker blocking part of the TV later on
