how are you planning to do that? i've read somewhere in this forum that the wall plug shall have enough length to penetrate to the wall surface. is it really necessary? btw, your tv cabinet is solid wood?

Melamine chipboard panel can support the heavy 60-65" TV?

that is my concern as well. weight for my 50" tv is approx. 15 kg. the board is 2 cm thick. is there any specific wall plug to be used for the chipboard? or normal one should do the job?
