just come back frm bayuemas....my friend want to buy the hse....of course the double story already sold out...can wait as KIV if u r lucky

get info that they will not launching warisan 2, why?coz warisan 2 is for phase 1 residents....they will replace the hse for phase 1 residents to new hse (warisan 2 layout) coz phase 1 got prob - silt/sediment.....developers have no choice....the hse cannot be repaired, so have to replace with new one..so warisan 2 will be built but not for sale...

so dzaman 1 residents...any news?the payment has been increased month by month...huhuhu..just get in to the hse...quite nice...april 2013...waiting for us...hehehe..

one more thing is the number unit stated at S&P is not the hse number...as told by the PIC at bayuemas...that's y wonder number  y the sample unit at dzaman different with stated in layout...
