the rocks sell by lfs is 3 times more expensive and they are similiar to the 1 i bought. that's why i went to garden shop buy. next time will check further

why afteri refill my co2 .. the pressure gauge keep increasing from 1000 slowly to 1500 .. then i think the emergency valve just open suddenly and release the pressure ..

is that normal ?

the shop say after refill the co2, dont open it for 6 hours .. and i never open ... thinking of releasing the valve to reduce the pressure =.=

so sad..my 90% of my shrimp population died. I lost 100+ RCS and few yamatoes. I already did 50 wc since yesterday, but they just keep dying.
It seem like some kind of poisoning. All babe shrimplet gone..20+ pregnant adult died. The morning i just stand there scratch up the eggs from the mummy. I hope i can recover some of them to turn to shrimp.

The problem happen when I try to plant new plant in my aquarium. I believe something poison is release from the substrate.
All shrimp climb up to water surface. But the fishes in my tank don't show any syndrome of ammonia poisoning.
I using the africana substrate for 6 months...What can be trap in the substrate?

I just add plant. I doubt that my canister filter does not work properly and caused the poison build up.
The new filter media that i add to my canister filter last week may affected the water flow.

As long as the water flow doesn't reduce too much, I think it should be ok

now after releasing the main valve .. the pressure keep decresing .. now only 300 psi ... will get back to ikano shop and check again

you can check the regulator by sinking in water...usually regulator is the main problem..

now i scare LFS d blowed off his safety valve by pump in so much co2..

that will be danger man...its like timer bomb..waiting and waiting..
hope that will not happen.

lolx.. i think his safety valve d bocor and release co2 till almost kosong d.. he went back to Ikano Pet Center.. and as usual, say not their fault
