Ya you are right, a lot of drop off mainly because of loan rejection. But at least the booking rate shows a good response from the market. 80% of take up in period of 9 months since started selling. smile.gif

does anyone know the main-con for this Met 1 residences? workmanship ok? think the view will be blocked by Solaris Parq?

About 50% taken up, Dual key currently no more. Type C 3 bedrooms units high floors no more.

Main con is Ikhmas Jaya. In my opinion, don't think with orientation of the MET1, it will not be blocked by Solaris Parq

Mind to share your thoughts on Met1 vs Solaris Parq? Placed a booking for Met 1 but considering to drop for Parq instead given the leasehold/ freehold factor plus UEM is more renowned compared to Naza. It's for investment though, any advice?

Coming up is the Met 8 which contains 2 towers of office space. Good for lawyer firm who aims to have its operations near to high court. smile.gif

what's the nett price for both. both will be tough but if I have to pick, parq will be better.

High tension cables run on the left side of KL Metropolis passing Publika. It's not close to the Central Park, besides MITEC is in the way.
