The only show units what you see is what you get (as promised lah...but also formed part of signed doc) is bbcc lurentia show units.

Saved for curtain soft furnitures n movable items.

Another one is anggun residences show units.

Even if you dont buy...just go and take a look. Much better than go lepak lepak at new malls.....

I have no idea bout the Trion 888 project, so no comments about it.

But agent's comms could be held back by agencies and etc one. A lot of drama when you're dealing with property agents honestly laugh.gif

i think the issue of non payment of commission maybe a unique case as it seems he/she is the only one complaining. and i saw Naza TTDI had try to clarified and contacted
she is an agent who is working for an agency. alot of thing could have gone wrong in between.

i had serious skeptism on Arte., in term of their quality and over promised and under delivered.
but i heard they engaged kerjaya prospek as the contractor and econpile for piling work. it seems they want to make it right this time after 2 flops in kuchai lama and subang west.

I am more sceptical on arte but im sure met1 willl perform badly also. Look at the road access n need to wait 5-7++ yrs for mrt. Opis tower sold to grade D tenant tht probably no1 can aford to rent here.

Above all, the sheer 1.7k units of arte tht will flood the market will significantly affect met1. Anyone has data of how convention centres can resi units?? Klconvention help airbnb or rental of the surrounding?? Also check out iconz MK; a failure by MS in this loc n see how empty it is!

In your opinion what would be a good psf price point to enter in Dutamas/ KL metropolis area? Met 1 is around 950psf.

i would say circa 1000psf. of course this already come with a reasonably good floor and view.

This thread is quiet but i bliv entering metropolis at 950psf for reasonable view can only be considered if mrt is completed within 3 yrs from met completion, road access is improved with new flyovers and offices have good tenants. Selling the offices strata should be a good idea since many law firms prefer this area.

Hows sales here?

APDL not obtained yet for Met 1. And for the strata office is called 'the Met', selling at around 900psf, location is directly opposite of Icon. Opened for sale.
