I doubt the events are fully booked. Obviously it is remain very empty most of time.

If I cant google it in 10 min of the events list, then something is wrong with me or the MEEC.

The inside design of the MEEC is not nice as well (for a venue event) , compare to KLCC. Was there due to an event that published in other website (actually not exsitance, but I was directed by 5 different people where should I go...)

No. That is the water retention reserve. The Central park is between MITEC and MET3 shopping mall+signature tower.

Ah that is central park? The big piece of green lung on the west seem bigger and I thought should be the main park. That would have been a nice park for surrounding to run in the evening.

Met 1 and the kl metropolis will be a great area to live a second only to Klcc area. I took a walk around it yesterday and it really has a great feel about it . The fact that it is all one planned area is a major draw in comparison to a stand alone condominium building. when it is finished it Will be the area where expat will want to live (I am one). I recommend you guys take a trip there and have a look see

That green lung looks good but unfortunately as a water retention reserve, it is limited on what you can do to it

May be you should take a look at Arte Ampang 1st ~
I agree there's alot of bad experience from the 1st 2 project as i sees them improving by each every single project, Have confident of lifestyle building surrounded for daily stay.

Arte Mont Kiara is a development by itself whereas MET1 is part of KL Metropolis master development. (Note that although is the same plot of land, is Arte Mont Kiara instead of Arte KL Metropolis) Recent publications of KL Metropolis no longer shows Arte MK as part of the master development. Compared to Arte MK, MET1 residence is closer to MiTEC, shopping mall, central park and MRT3 station. Further more MET1 is also linked with elevated walkway connecting the whole development.

if arteh is not part of the master development then where will it be? it will be extremely competitive to met1 anyway. A better buy would be solaris parq

How in any way is MET1 similar to marc residence??
Will/ can met2 attract a top tier 5 star hotel?
Is mitec even getting 10% the amount of bookings KL convention centre is getting?? please list all high quality events since opening many months ago
met3 mall still on? thought no more mall approvals mah.
MRT3= great news but a good 8 years away. by then the convention centre would have died without rail
Wellness suite is not equal to a good hospital operator lahh. if prince court/ pantai was only wellness suites then it wont be what it is today.

You also didnt answer on how met1 will be able to compete with arte and how arte will flood the market not forgetting many more met's coming.

I am comparing the proximity of MET1 with MiTEC with MARC residence with KLCC
Was told by Naza MET2 is expecting Marriot
How can you compare the occupancy of MiTEC which is still new with KL Convention centre which has been in the market for decades? Anyway MET1 won't be ready in another 3-4 years.
MiTEC is MITI's project, do you think the government will let this project stop?
MRT3 may be years away, but Komuter station at Segambut is not very far away
Wellness suite.. ok, this one I have no info available yet. the term wellness suite is used to indicate there will be a medical center in the township.

As regarding to the competition with Arte, it depends on how you look at it. Both projects has their own pros and cons.
MET1 is closer to the heart of KL Metropolis, whereas Arte is closer to Mont Kiara (and the HTC)
