I am trying to use jdownloader now, a bit tricky to use.

What I love about jdownloader is link grabber, I can copy continuous URL from megaupload and paste it into jdownloader. Disable the ip check and check all to continue downloading without need to wait extra queue for non premium account holder. Even we can't do downloading all the files at the same time, but keeping them in a row and let jdownloader download one by one is consider good for me.

Jdownloader can be integrate with flashgot in firefox, for goggle chrome it has jdownloader intergration But I never try it.

I feel weird with crunchbang linux, for the 1st adding nomodeset in the kernel parameter I can get my display. Now not anymore.... inherit some nvidia bug especially from debian derivatives is so ... 1st Julia, 2nd LMDE now crunchbang.

Currently testing the PClinuxOS E17 replacing my crunchbang due to it's unfriendly behavior to my nvidia 9400gt gc.

gc is a short of graphic card, actually this is what really happen in crunchbang. On live session everything was perfect with correct reso I am supposed to have, hard install after the grub I am unable to get display as the monitor will goes to black or save mode. This is common as it will happen in Julia and LMDE and the only workaround is during the grub, within the kernel parameter adding the 'nomodeset' or 'nouveau.modeset=0" after 'ro' I'll get my display and install the correct driver as you mentioned.

Crunchbang, at first it worked well, I am getting my display. But the 2nd attempt nothing is working I am getting no display before I am able to download the correct driver. Restart, it can but cannot at other time. Some nvidia gcs are not so ngam with certain distro i.e Mint 10, LMDE, crunchbang. Other distro such as opensuse, on the 1st boot we'll get working opensource nouveau driver. PClinuxOS on the 1st boot I am getting the latest non free nvidia driver 260.19.29!

Currently using windows, need to see all the updates of windows and the antivirus as well.

I am still using it once in a while to update my kaspersky 2011... my son used it mostly for PES 2011. For internet and multimedia pleasure, most of the time we are using opensuse. My daughter had a problem at her 1st day in computer club, she doesn't know very well how to use windows because since from her primary school, I am exposed to my children to linux (opensuse)

Just fixed my new hdd WD caviar green 1TB into my PC, now can download more stuffs and keep it there I am prefer to add it in etc/fstab compare to hot plug as I want it automounted during the boot.

Just want to know yr opinion about one click download server such as hotfile or megaupload. I am on streamyx 1mbps speed, currently I am downloading a single file of 400MB from hotfile, a single link my constant speed is ranging from 120kB to 200kB (yes it is B and not b) and download completed in estimated time.

If I am using premium acc in hotfile, jbdownloader will divide the file into several chunks. Thing goes well with premium acc in jbdownloader but the total speed of overall chunks still as the same as 120kB to 200kB. Am I really rugi getting the premium of RM22/month but performance wise I am the same speed as free user? of course premium users enjoy auto resume or such... but speed?
