I used to live in a 350 sq feet unit for 3 months... 3 feet distance between kitchen cabinet and the side of queen size bed. Bathroom was a little spacious though, but you cant fit in a washing machine plus fridge is bar fridge concept. Sorry dont have pic or would have posted, but it's about the size of a decent hotel room |

Any idea what is the difference btw business suite (phase 1) and vos (phase 2) as termed by Sunrise? Both office also?

The first phase was advertised heavily as SOHO. Eventually launch as SOVO. Is SOHO (Small Office Home Office)= SOVO (Small Office Versatile Office)? Now it is VOS. To me VOS = SOVO = pure Office. If pure office play, anyone can share opinion on what would be the ROI like? What is the exit strategy? |

Pure Office play with such size, I am not so sure who would rent. Mainly 2 to 3 man setup . After work just sleep in the office.
