I think it has all the plus point . The most important is the hand over only by 2015/2016 . Offices are too many now a days . Mon't kiara dutamas is suffering now . Very slow with too many offices and even the tenants are with lower class biz . No expatriates as i know off.

Whether is feasible or not for this VOS , the only factor is price ...... Only price .Lets see . Below 25th floor should be cheaper ( now estimate ~ RM 800/sqft ) 26th floor and above should be more expensive ( now estimate ~ 950/sqft ) Thinking of getting one with pool view !

if you factor in the DIBS into the first phase and the price is plus 5 to 6 %... then is reasonable .

Price ! price ! price ! rest not relevant .

Decorate it as decorating a music room. Worse come to worse, stick many egg shell to the wall. Good for sound proofing.
