The first phase is SOVO and now VOS. Wonder what is the difference? Smaller than small? Anyone knows the product?

The first phase was advertised heavily as SOHO. Eventually launch as SOVO. Is SOHO (Small Office Home Office)= SOVO (Small Office Versatile Office)?

Now it is VOS. To me VOS = SOVO = pure Office.

If pure office play, anyone can share opinion on what would be the ROI like? What is the exit strategy?

That time was BBB season. People think SOHO can be used for home stay. Now with so much discussion people start to be more aware. Test case would be Empire.

I was there at about 5pm. About 30% book lar........!!!! Model scale unit shows office setting. For anyone wanting to invest, better set expectation to office play. If turns out more as residential, would be a bonus.

12% increase from phase 1 is a lot of $$$$$. No wonder it was slow.

Here are some possible scenarios:
1. Use it as office - No issues, hopefully can rent out.
2. Use it as residence - How to word the Tenancy Agreement. Follow the SPA, it would be office purpose only. Tell the tenant you rent office but you can stay? Expat may not like this. Maybe local don't mind. Not so sure here.
3. Use for both office and residence - Not so possible considering the size though this may be quite ideal if the one buy the larger unit.

I find the scenario 2 quite tricky.

Fully furnished? Thought it is just partially furnish with Kitchen cab, cooker hood and hob, fridge and aircon. Ain't this the same as phase 1?
