What's the average price range for studio now? Heard the price is picking up. Plus not sure whether owners are willing to absorb gst if selling those units which are above rm500k

People have already started offering RM500k and above for 470sf

Anyone still want to try their luck can try calling online advertisement one by one. It's happened before where owner sell below market price because dunno real market price

Most units are selling for rm1k psqft. Probably can try your luck by calling agents as well. Rentals are getting better with some of them doing airbnb kind of style.

Props like tis usually de0ending on lvl and view and facing gua.

But hor got ppl claimed psf oledi achieved 1200 or 1250 or even 1800??? in 2014 thumbup.gif

Selling at the transacted prices shown in brickz is considered a losing game to sellers.

But hor oso got ppl blif another ppl is a super actor. Apalah. Got 1800psf dun wanna sell meh. Gila.

But hor must clap hand oso cos got ppl bot mono project at 1kpsf in 2010 n sold at 1.6kpsf in 2013. But a quick check in brickz most sold below 1.4kpsf or should I say non sold above 1.4psf.

Anw another quick check mono launched 700psf but got ppl pay 1kpsf. Simple calculation shows additional 300psf paid hence additional 300psf when sold??? Oh yeah 2013 vs 2015.

And btw huge loan for ss @ 4.8% interest in 2014??? Sthg is not rite. Ok I beta shadup.
