Sometimes it is just a "chui sui", i.e. he got a good project that is quite worthy but he talks because he's selling it.

Another thing that relates here is that of coz RM800+/1psf is on the low side for "New Launch SOFO" with no carpark. As it seems, new launches in key suburban areas are already hovering that. I've a project nearby and our SOFO is of coz at a market price today.

Agree... subang kencana is at rm750 - 800 psf

Anyone thinking of renting... seems like all wanna sell upon completion

About 40 units now all songlap by my that good friend and some kaki.

A lot of things are happening... lol

Surprise to see this forum seems more active than before lately. the Project also hotly discussed in the market, it is partly due to the Award received recently or because of the GST effect coming into effect that all future new commercial project will have an extra 6% to pay, last minute snap up?

One of the cons for this project is the road access ; dead end and the road is rather small for this Jln Cendana in view of the high density buildings sharing the same road.

As for the new aggressive investors that recently took up so may units, will it be possible they have plan in mind to turn them into virtual office such as WHITESPACE, etc.. ? All should be known after VP.
