Anyway, I know becoz as some people would say "usual lah accetera has insider news" that he alwas share.

But I can't share too much in a public forum like here. And and yeah, in reality the real rich people won't waste time Trolling in this forum.

That's why many property buyers when interviewed say "Oh I don't surf Lowyat".

R u talking about me? My gang in Singapore entered much much earlier than him. Really wan to thank him speculating on fb to clear all unsold units. Bravo.

This project has been exhibited in propertyguru singapore for few times in the past years.

Yes Melissa and gang went in much earlier than him. At that time, Summer Suites block was only about RM600psf?

Summer VOS was selling around RM780-900psf.

Any how my friend helps Developer to clear stock. More to come.

Yup. Entered around RM6xxpsf. That time not many wan to buy also.... now suddenly so hot... we use sing dollar to buy, so it is dirt cheap.

Bare in mind. This unit doesn't come with car park. I agreed using dollar is cheap but you can't afford a decent property in SG. Same line Bangladesh week work here and by land in their home land.

The thought is "Paper Gain" as anything below RM1,000psf is dirt cheap. That is my friend's thinking. Mind you, he got 11 units here but he don't intend to exit any time soon if Subsale PSF is not desirable (or) no buyer, as Money is not an issue, I supposed. And also mind you, the same friend has some units in KL City such as SOHO Suites KLCC. He's only a young fella.

A nearby development (Dang Wangi) is already "You know how much" without carpark and leasehold.

Thanks Patrick, but I was surprised as he is so experienced and have so many connections and hugh resource, why only go in now?

This place really can rent out for 3.5k min like as claimed by him?

China property market have burst now, even their 1st class city are also sinking. Hope won't affect other Asia country.. Tsunami effect might come soon if thing in China there get worst
