"Time of delivery of vacant possession - 48 months from the date of this agreement." .... i signed my agreement on 4 Mar 2011, so should i expect my unit ready in Mar 2015? Based on the latest completion report received on Sept, there is still 15% to go... 4/5 months can gao dim internal/ external plastering, roads, drains, and sewerage works? not sure tower B target completion is when.... ???

Urs is tower B? Will it be completed & VP together with tower A?
How much is the price u bought? Which floor?

Mine is tower A, bought at 740psft, I also wanted to find out whether tower a & b will vp together.

many is ready to convert it to resi so dont worry, resi hotel homestay etc etc

I thought there were already few SOVO/SOFO/SOLO development of which have been used as residential in KV............

Empire Damansara is one of them..but i reckon Empire Damansara is SOHO unit...so residential okay..........

Can anyone verify in our everything "boleh"land........?

Maybe uem is more ethical when they sell they die die die die also say its ofis but if u wanna use as resi also no choice they cant control. Whereas other developer who sell soxx die die also say can do resi even in brouchure, website, showunit also put a bed

yes memang.. I really duno why they like to launch SOFO/SOVOs.. not many companies want such a small space.. i see a lot of investors buying thinking they can get corporate clients..

Last time, sunrise want to get it appeal to be SOHO but fail to convert. Therefore, it is market as SOVO.
