Getting Beckham on loan would make sense right now. Would be a good move if we intend to let Cleverley stay on at Wigan at January(can we recall him in January, and send him back out on loan after Park comes back or within loan window?)

Hmm watched the Scholesy's PL Centurion. Not many penalty kicks in there. No wonder Lampard could easily get his 100th goal in PL.
That said, I saw Ruud the goal machine, skinny and buffed Ronaldo, Shitty Fletcher and even Djemba-Djemba. Hahahaha Tevez and Blue Moon This post has been edited by boxsystem: Dec 21 2010, 10:11 AM |

Golden balls back on loan? An intriguing idea. With Valencia back around Feb, then golden balls will leave in March. Just nice.

Hahaha to be honest, I think he's talking about positioning. Maybe talking about a 3 man midfield by showing 3 fingers, then when talking about the middle, the 2nd and 4th finger came down.

I think most if not all of the fans will want Beck with us even for a short while. Too bad the chance of SAF making the move is like 0.0001%

New match schedule ....
QUOTE CHELSEA and Manchester United face a potential end-of-season title play-off as Premier League bosses struggle to cope with a fixture backlog. The rivals are already due to play at Old Trafford on May 7 in a match which is sure to have a huge say in the championship race. But they could meet again 10 days later after Sunday's Stamford Bridge match was cancelled. Contingency plans are being put in place following last weekend's snow-hit programme. And with further postponements looming over Christmas and New Year, England's top teams face a chaotic season's finale. United have already had two games postponed. The Blackpool visit will now take place on January 25 but a slot for Carlo Ancelotti's Chelsea looks harder to find. Both clubs face a possible 15 games in April and May due to possible Champions League and FA Cup commitments. The Premier League sets aside four contingency dates each season. But the first three - January 11 and 24, plus April 19 - are dependent on FA Cup replays. That leaves the midweek of May 17 and 18 as the only other available slot, just days before the final league games on May 22. |

QUOTE(BoltonMan @ Dec 21 2010, 11:08 AM) for what ??? Temporary. Park off to the Asian Cup. Valencia still recovering. Bebe is not ready yet. He would be a good option to have for a few months. Might not be needed with Obertan still around though. And we could always recall Cleverley back, and then loan him back out again once Park returns. Rooney could also play out wide. QUOTE(BoltonMan @ Dec 21 2010, 11:08 AM) for what ??? its only for 2 months mate.. ala Beckham spell at Milan. rumour said, he received a very low wage (for his stature) at San Siro. even, some reports say he willing to pay to play in competitive top European matches (to maintain his fitness and bidding England places). He will definitely willing to take pay cut for playing his childhood club.pay someone high on the bench ??? put him in 1st team, but can he cross as well as during his peak time ? i doubt so, age does matter a lot in sports. i rather start with valencia on the right winger ... go for future i love Beckham back. his skills arent gone with his age. especially the technical part like crossing, passing and delivering set pieces. our corner kicks and freekicks arent big threat these days. but Beckham's fitness and pace definitely a huge suspect. just imagine we had 25 yards freekick just in front opponent goal. at the last minute. do we trust Nani, Giggs or Beckham? and Rooney right now missing sweet deliveries from Valencia. in other perspective, its definitely a perfect time for someone like Obertan, Bebe or Cleverly to shoe in for absent Valencia and Park. everything up to SAF. im happy to see either option, the prodigal son coming back (with media circus) or our youngsters given more important roles. |
